Dear Mizu007,

Could you please take a look at my problem ?
I have a same issue with my own car.
2006 Focus C-Max 1.6 TDCI
BOSCH
7M51-12A650-UG
EDM16C34.2.30 242-6.911
I download my ECU content with ELMConfig.exe (http://civil.iffc.ru/elmconfig) and I find the mentioned bytes (00,7F, 00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,01,01,00)
But I'm not sure how to calculate Checksum before I write the modified (00,7F, 00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00) content back to my ECU.
The ELMconfig not ask me Checksum, before writing. I don't want to brick my ECU at first time !!! :)
MY original ECU file is: http://uploaded.net/file/atqnahhq

If you use WinOLS you should be able to recalculate the checksum.

please note that on sime cases very rare ones the switch is instead 00,7F, 00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,01,01,00 ; 00,9F, 00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,01,01,00

Will these three bytes turn off function so that no DTCs will show up also?

Yes, but I think you still need to have a working temperature sensor on the DPF and working differential pressure sensors.
DPF should also be opened and the ceramics taken out before doing this, as otherwise it will fully clog up and suffocate the engine.
