if injectors must be coded in ecu, should this "code" contain some specs to the ecu ?

What do you mean by "Coded", you mean like Renault injectors that have to be paired with the ECU?

If you put larger injectors you need to change several things...

1. major thing is injection duration map - you simply copy axis and values from ecu flash that you are taking injectors to the car where you are putting injectors. Be careful for factors of all units

2. second very important thing is to recalculate SOI, as now you will have shorter injection times so injection will stop (EOI) - end of injection will stop earlier...

3. you need to adjust pilot map - (you have pre-injection and main injection)...

4. also rail pressure has to be adjusted properly

with this modification car will run perfectly, there are several more maps to adjust but effect is so small that is not noticable...

Can I ask what's the purpose of the Pilot map? I'm curious because I have never listened about it before :)

injection happens in 2 steps.

first step is pre-injection, that is small amount of fuel that last very short period of time.
with pre-injection pressure in the cylinder is uppered and pre-injection is helping to minimise diesel sound - knocking,
and makes driving more comfortable and so on...

next step is main-injection, that is large amount of fuel that last longer.
that is for your case, there are technologies that have several more steps :)

That's a top reply, much information thank you. I guess u will leave the injectors until I figure out how to adjust SOI
Thanks
