Hi, this is my first attemp on tuning a PD engine, I have read a lot, tuned my VP a few times, some people has helped me out understanding some more complex things, and I think I am ready to try.
This is a friends Audi A4 PD 130 file.

I extrapolated Duration maps 0 and 1, replacing last column with 65mg
Adjusted Torque map and Smoke map
Raised requested boost and limiters to 2450mbar

I think the duration map 0 has some very exaggerated values over 30 degrees on all row of 65mg (This is what worries me), but this is the best I can do!
Regarding duration map 1 it seems acceptable
Another thing is SOI and I did not changed this maps, on duration map 1 at 65mg 2500rpm I have 26,9 degrees and SOI 90C I have at 55mg 2500rpm 14,6 degrees BTDC this gives me EOI at 12,3 degrees ATDC, is this a problem??
Duration map 0 on same 65mg 2500rpm = 31,1 degrees and SOI of 14,6 BTDC = EOI 16,5 ATDC
Am I doing something wrong here??

Can you guys analyse it and let me know what you think, is it safe to drive?
