Fiat Punto 1.9JTD 80Le EDC15C

Postby martinus » Fri Jul 27, 2012 10:33 am

Hey,

I made a modified file. The default limit is 72mm3 47mm3 TQ has been modified. The car was very good. But I want to raise the fuel quantity but maphez will have to add more value.

fiat punto 1.9jtd 80le.zip

A few mapnél not know the X and Y axes, eg.: Rail Pressure, rail limiter

IHI turbo-RHF3H on it and I can not find anywhere to map air flow. How much pressure can you go?

The Map Pack is included in almost every map that is needed, but there were problems with pairs:

Rail pressure: 78 000 (X and Y?)

Rail Limit: 77 712 (X and Y?)

Soi: 77A4A (X and Y axis for this right?)

767B6 is what?

746FA is what?

79B62 - 7690: Air volume limiter

77EA8: Rail / RPM, fuel level limit? But there is no more modified and the injected volume.

7A42A: this is what?

73536 (EGR)?

73400: Turbo?

75C18: Rail?

72666: misoda this?

Someone can give it a more Map Pack?

The car goes very well, no smoke.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Martinus and welcome!
We do not se any introdouce of you...

Please first post your original file in original files section,
Also post sw and hw number of bin, complete vehicle data- year, engine code, production month/year.
With that data, all stock hardware is known and from technical documentation it can be viewed how far can you go.

It is not only bin, first hardware check to know every engine component and specification,
Based on that specification, you will know how far you can go.

More info when you post needed data, that we can check. ;)

Regards

hi,
i made a quick look - most important things.

There is too much fueling, mappack is not set as it has to be.
Drives Wish - there is no need to tune at low pedal, do it from 75%+ when you need power, not before,
you will have bad consumption...
Torque limiter, press % of change and you will se in a second what was done :S

Every map has to be set correctly (factors, offsets, units, x unit, y unit, z unit), also for single values,
that you exactly know what you will modify.

Maps that do not have axis near map you have to look at the beginning.
Usually you do not change axis in SOI or RAIL...

Start all over again:
check your stock hardware characteristics - than you will know how far you can go, turbo, fuel and so on
calculate max fueling and lambda you want to drive
locate maps, set correct units, factors, offsets - help yourself with that a little: maps-needed-for-tuning-edc15c2-t29
than decide your strategy and start changing the values based on calculations

You put so much fuel that it can burn no need over fueling and smoke...
Also check turbo characteristic like this for sample:
POST: remapped-peugeot-406-2-2-hdi-t26
PICTURE: resources/peugeot-406-2002-2-2-hdi-manual-edc15c2/thumb/118

There is a lot of questions at once, I can not answer you all at this moment,
try to go step by step, issue per issue and you will always get answers,
this requires time and work to check all for you.

"Stupid questions do not exist, only stupid answers..." ;) so feel fre ask, but contribute as well.

You have made 2 posts and bunch of work for us, we still do not know who you are :) no introduction of you here:
introduce-yourself

You can take some time to introdouce if you expect us to take time for you,
hope you understand  - 2 posts, 2 questions...

Small tasks are appreciated, larger work has to be done by you...

Hello ecuedit!

Thank you to deal with questions about the :)

I know a lot of high IQ and more speed. The factory turbo smoke-free for maximum performance kihozása the goal.

The duration map has made the X-axis setting 80mm3, with the calculated values.

In addition, I created a volume of turbo boost pressure and air volume table.

chipmat.zip

At the factory 1.9JTD Mapei factory too are written well enough. TQ limit ori max 51mm3, 70mm3, 68 but the signs are written.

I would like to go over 72mm3, but I know more then I must also add table values.

Duration, Smoke, rail pressure, turbo pressure ...
