does anybody has ever tried them?

I asked what he offers and how much it will cost.
He offered the following:

- EGR off = 100 Euro
- EGR off + other stuff + 50-60 NM+ = 200 Euro

What do you guys think? I'm thinking about buying it, but on the other hand, i can get a second ECU and working on it by myself plus learning a lot of things.
