Winols cannot remove EGR.
There are other programs which does, and on some ECU works, on some not:

Volta
Carsoftware
EGR Remover

Ecusafe does not remove EGR, only DPF/FAP on some ECU-s...

It's not true.

For true, You can say - WInols can't remove EGR automaticly - i.e. without any knowledge of the user

Word.

ECUSafe most times removes only DTC's, EGR/DPF has to be removed phisically, otherwise it still works like nothing happened. It's not the way to do it right.

It is better to mod desired and output values (histeresis, EGR MAF map etc) and leave the DTCs intact.

The best way is to turn stuff off using switch bits - if any (I don't know about ECUs other than Bosch - I turned my EGR off on Delphi simply by modifying 12 EGR maps).
