EGR dummy question

Postby irfas » Mon Sep 28, 2015 11:05 am

The car is:
Volvo V40 1.9D 95ps 70kw MSA 15.5.5.40, 1999
Engine code: D4192T2 (F8Q)
Gearbox: m5d

This is new to me, so any help will be appreciated ( I have absolutely no experience in this what's so ever).
Here is the map in 3D. Map address is : 3AB74

Here is the data of the same map:

I have seen in other MSA15.5 ecu's that on the EGR map, the "Z" axis is air in mg/str (EGR closed, when it's 850mg/str).
However in my data, there was the maximum number: 1000. What could it be? I changed it to 100 by using offset of 0,1. Could it be 100% closed? Or could it be 1000mg/str. Anyways, I am willing to get some help.

Maximize all map to highest value to disable. Most probably you need to find the egr hysteresis maps too.
