can any psop44 chip be programmed and soldered in or does it have to be an ecu specific chip? thanks.

What i mean is can you replace a 29f400bt-70se with a 29f400bt-70sc?

Find it on google. You can download data sheet to it and you can see the difference!
I think it will work without problem.
