can i read this ecu on other metods than obd or bdm?

the ecu is not on the car , i was thinking about pinout, is it possible to to read ecu by following pinout? if you know what i mean? havent find a picture whit pinout on this ecu!!!

or course you can. You need to wire up GND, permanent +12V, ignition +12V and K-Line
