Hi zani, I just checked your modded file and from what I see you only changed switch that indicates presence of DPF and lambda, there's many people that say this switch is only used for diagnotic, nothing more. Are you sure this works? Car will not try to regenerate after a few kms or give error in dash?

Thanks alot.

Yes, I'm sure it works for € 4. Tested more than once.

Ok, I might give it a try, most people say this method doesn't work completely and it's always needed to change other single values and maps like particle filter status vs. engine status matrix, oil ashes accumulated in the trap, volume of the particle filter and many others... most people disable some DTCs too which I would like to avoid.

Thanks.

Best regards

Hi zani, just tested this solution along with some other ones which I found from a non-DPF unit but not working 100%, car runs fine but error on dash: P2085 - Temperature sensor on particulate filter input.

I have this sensor unplugged after DPF removal, it seems when disconnected ECU detects high signal from it (particulate filter temp sensor always show 999 degree on multiecuscan).

I could delete this DTC from file but don't want to go that way, maybe a possible solution is to remove sensor from DPF and connect it again, it will read air temperature and maybe doesn't give error that way.

Anyway, before that I'm still trying to dig a bit more in search for a definitive solution, any help would be great!

Thanks alot.

Hi,

Did you tried to keep the sensor connected?

Hi,

No, probably would work but searched a little bit more and disable it by changing debouncing and healing time from single values related to that sensor, car is running fine without any errors on dash till now.
