open a file in 16 bit, decimal (255), LoHi mode in ols,
than find 32767, 32768 value
E.g
32767 32768 00000 00545 00256 00000 00000 00360 67649
in this example, the DPF switch is located in bold value: 00256 - change it to 00000
:)
best regards

Hi

Thank you for this info, I have opened a EDC16C34 file in winols and searched for the value 32767 and have even searched for
the 00256 but the search results come back with nothing, I cant find anything which is close to this set of values for the dpf.
I downloaded the file from this forum and its an original file. To be honest I dont fully understand how to locate the corect
value, is the values at a particular address, should I be searching for that first to find the values, or is there a search function which
searches for values only.

If you found the 256 value with the temp valies behind it... you need to change that value into a map and select 8bit mode afterwards... then you'll get to see something like 01 01 00... the first 01 is the switch and second one is idling strategy if I'm not mistaken... will check tomorrow or so...
