EDC15P+ cowLDR_MS and cowLDR_ME address location

Hello, I can't find these two switches in my file, what is the difference between those two switches? I have read to set cowLDR_ME to 1 to get the boost target from actual IQ and not drivers wish. cowLDR_MS does the same?

51C1C, 71C1C - cowLDR_MS 1=Real IQ, 2=Driver wish, 3=Driver wish + idle iq (if any)
51C22, 71C22 - cowLDR_ME 1=Real IQ, 2=Driver wish, 3=Driver wish + idle iq (if any)
