EDC15C6 Damaged ecu ?

Hi guys, i wrote several times tuned files on my mercedes w220 edc15c6 ecu.
Today, tried to put ecu on car, nothing, dead.
I put ecu again to FG Tech Galletto V54 , when i hit ecu ID it gives message 5vg and points, well no information.
Tried to write original file, nothing, error.
Tried with MPPS ,nothing.
All operations were made on bench.
What the hell just i did ? :)

where the file show. mpps in a section 'generic' to boot into recovery mode.

Managed to go in boot mode with Galletto with cover of ecu opened and ground on pin 24 on the chip.

Why not download and write in OBD socket

I guess i have some wiring problems, burnt a Galleto and with new Galleto it shuts down the laptop.
