I am looking for an original file so I can have a go at writing a mod file as I don't have tools to read BDM. Does anyone know if the injector coding is within the file? I have read that the injectors need coding after writing a new new file :?

Injector coding not in fw. They in separated EEPROM chip. But often erased when flash cleaned before write new fw due to non correct addressing in flasher program. And 50/50 this codes can be erased by simple reading dump from ecu with Galleto or other. Strongly recommended save all ecu configuration before any flasher connection. Injector codes can be read from injectors body or possible write arbitrary for start engine.

Injector codes can be added easily with CAN CLIP,I have done this many times.(Can Clip is the best tool for Renault coding and diagnosis)
If your Renault is E3 , I do not think that is coded injectors,

Used injectors codes or no on EDC15C3 easy see with diag soft. Look at ecu parameters. If you see "vdiag 08" - ecu without injectors codes. If "vdiag 10" or high - ecu with injectors codes. Last case I seen few time in E3 2002.
