EDC15C2 0281010361 urgent help needed

Postby markoh » Sun Dec 29, 2013 6:16 pm

Hi there,
I'm a newbie, but already are having some serious problems.

I just a month ago got Peugeot 406 GW 2.0 HDi 90HP -01 car with belt crash. One week ago I got it run again, but... :-o

In meanwhile I bought Galletto 1260 and start to play with it. I read the ECU several times and wrote ones (with original). Then I got an optimized HDi 90 file from my friend. It was made by HDi Tuning (UK) as based on his original. This was intend to be just a test, because I have already bought missing Intercooler + pipes and turbo bleed valve for upgrading my original 90HP -> 110HP with HW and after that will bought / get a suitable tuning file for that new construction.

I used 010 edit SW for changing the HW # in my friend's tuning file to match with my own (0281010593 -> 0281010361). It went fine. I tried to run some checksum verification at 010 edit, but not sure if anything really happened. :-? So, I looked the moded tuning file at Galletto and it seem fine to me. Then I downloaded it at ECU and everything went as expected. Nice.

Now the yellow car key at dashboard are glittering and Multifunctioning display is showing Immobilizer... error. And car won't start (of course.) But the worst thing is that I can't anymore upload nor download from/to ECU. I still can read ECU with Galletto, but even that look very strange, only dots instead of SW, HW etc. numbers. :-O

What cold or should do I next, because now the car is again moving only by towing and my family is not as excited than I am. :-)

Sincerely Yours,

Marko

PS.
I'm just going to garage for bolting of the ECU, because I think next thing is open it.
I have the original files and print screens if somebody who is willing to help need those. Please, don't hesitate to ask anything, but please help me. posting.php?mode=post&f=41#
