EDC15 ASZ remap

Postby klc_111 » Thu Feb 25, 2016 8:05 pm

Hi.
I'm new at chip-tuning, so I know it's not the best remap.
But what do you think about it ?

Hi,
in fact your file looks weird. In durations prevails number 33 should do a decent extrapolation. Instead changiging IQ by MAF you rise unnecessarily " by MAP". EGR map not closed. Rest of stuff looks +- good.

Cheers

Thanks for your quick reply.
Ups. I changed IQ by MAF to 70, but didn't click save.
EGR is closed now and small other changes done.
I don't know much about SOI, but I think it's still safe.

It's better now but durations maps still can`t be called a "good work".

boost target too less,
you want to run low AFR?
n75 untouched,
Torque limiter can improve,
important maps missed.
incorrect scaling.

Don`t change the N75 map before making the logs, this is bad practice. Boost target too less? Interesting...Why? It`s a basic "mild" tune giving ca. 360nm/160hp and you don`t need to modify more maps, EDC15 isn`t MED 17.9 ;) .

With that high injection duration and TL i think you should change boost from 1,45 at 1,49bar (it's save for that small turbo) and then you will be drive without smoke on the back.

2,45 X 474 = 1160 /66,5 max IQ = ca. 17,5 AFR = no smoke.

Assuming he should be doing logs, then is is estimating and not tuning.
Boost target too less, Read the next line :) then you know why i say that.

Ok, I can read ;) . IMO 17.5 AFR isn`t too low for this tune, hence my surprised.
