VERY important to have battery voltage above 12 volts, 13.5volts is ideal. You won't cause more damage because its just software not hardware. If its bricked you can't make it more bricked so go out and try ten times if you have to.....

If you flashed your ecu with wrong file ( hw & sw ), the recovery mode from mpps will not work...

You need to have BDM equipment to recovery your ECU,...

Can you post HW and SW number from tuned/flashed file?

Always have more then +12v when flasing Ecu,..
Some cars when flashing request more then +13v or writing will not start

So you are telling forum members you can do EDC16/EDC16+/ME9.x boot mode ?

Give us abit more information how would you active boot mode on ME9.x ECU with mpps ?

Dont confuse people with anwsers without knowledge!

very important to keep above 12v ! flash always with a battery charger

I think a good BDM interface and a regulated (I use a 14V 5A switch mode unit) power supply are essential, as voltage fluctuations during writing can cause data corruption!
