Dub Autowerks from Seattle WA USA here!

Postby DubAutowerks » Fri Mar 20, 2015 7:41 am

Hey everybody. I'm the owner of Dub Autowerks near Seattle Washington, USA. I'm here to learn how to tune. We've been building high performance VW, AUDI, BMW, Porsche, and MINI vehicles for years and decided it's time to do our own tunes rather than paying others for tunes we really weren't happy with.

We've built a manual transmission 03 Audi RS6, Turbo R32, and many other Big Turbo cars.

One of my personal cars I enjoy most is a MK3 VR6 Jetta with a 6 speed, MK4 engine management, and an Eaton M90 supercharger.

We have a CNC machine in house, and I also have a degree in CNC machining, so we manufacture and make a few of our own parts as well, such as wheel spacers, disc brake conversions, and and other components to center the beam of vehicles when you lower the car and it gets out of center.

I own Kess V2 and ECM Titanium, although now that I bought it, I've been hearing not so great things about it, and as I've started to look at it, I find it pretty complicated, and often find the RPM numbers looking to be out of order from my unqualified eyes. I'm contemplating going to Winols, but I guess I'll work on training a little on Titanium first since I already own it. I did get it at about half price because I purchased when buying KessV2 so I think I could sell it and break even if needed.

Anyway, catch you in the forums.
