DPF OFF problem, Ford S-max 2.2 TDCI EDC16CP39

Hi.
I own Ford S-max 2.2 tdci. I had problems with my DPF filter so I decided to physically remove it.
Because I'm still learning about modding ECU's I bought tuned file with EGR + DPF off.

Everything was fine for approximately ten days, then car went into limp mode with no DTCs.
So I wrote original file (without putting DPF filter back) and I have been driving normally for ten days, and then limp mode again, but this time with DTC P246C - Diesel Particulate Filter Restriction - Forced Limited Power.

I assume that tuner has made a mistake when making DPF OFF/DELETE.

Could someone please check the file if DPF OFF was made correctly?

I have problem on s-max. Physically removed + decat and DPF off in SW. Firs 7000km no problem and now start regeneration :(

Problem solved. Battery! After install new battery OK.

I mentioned this problem to tuner company I bought the file.
They say that file is OK.

I think they don't know how to properly disable DPF on my car.

Please can someone help me and disable DPF properly?? (that I can show them how is correctly done ;) )

Hi, I am getting a very similar problem with a 2.0 tdci that has dpf off software, but still seems to be trying to regenerate after a while.
Can you explain why it was the battery causing it?
