I'm interested why ASZ has shorter duration degrees in the same value's of RPM and mg ??


for example ASZ 19deg vs AVF 20deg at 40mg at 2000 RPM ( values not real, but diffrence 1-2 deg is real)

it's on almost all map, difference 1-2 degrees... it's about 2-5 mg of fuel...


people says that ASZ has the same injectors, so duration time should be the same...

maybe camshaft is 'harder' ?!?

Injectors are different that's why

I found that sameone campared 110, 130, 150 and 160 engines tdi.

and in 130, 150, 160 was the same numbers. I will have to check myself in etka, elsa.


but i think its weird, becouse asz have shorter times, so the injectors should have bigger flow

camshaft it's the same for all pd

change all the duration and the stairs SOI °C for 90 85 80 75 70,
the changes are about 2 degrees
