Hello Everyone,

Have reached the minimum level of DPX42 additive into my Peugeot 607 2.2 HDi 4HX 133 HP.
This came around the same time with a faulty differential pressure sensor.
The faulty sensor has been replaced by a FAP emulator and the additive pump has been fitted with 2 small resistors (all came into the same package). Of course the hardware has been also "updated" with a spare FAP, empty one ;)
All good things until now, already traveled around 5k km with this combination and I'm very happy.

The thing that bothers me now is the permanent fault P1435 from additive system ECU.
Although I've cleard all faults with PP2000 (from Additive ECU and Engine ECU) still get the permanent error P1435: "Remote permanent fault. Additive system. Fuel additive pump".
No limp mode, no Check Engine on the dash, nothing unusual, only the error which cannot the cleared.

I would much appreciate if someone would share with us how this error can be cleared?

complete system can be removed in Flash.
No need to use any emulator. Everything can be switched off in ECU flash.

Read it out with some flasher, most simple is galetto1260 or KWP2000,
than this file has to to be modified.

You know, every 2 years i have to pass the technical inspection ;)

If the answer is yes, any clone of galetto1260 made in china would be enough to make the job once or twice?
I hope I don't need it more for my own car :lol:

Usually, here in my country, you are ripped of for about 250 - 350 EUR for a de-fapping for a Peugeot.
For this money, I can buy a flasher tool and fix my car on my own ... hopefully :angel:

you can always put your ecu in factory...
i do not see why you would not pass mot test if you already simulate DPF and you are already without it.

car wont smoke and in most countries mot test checkes only smoking density...

I have Peugeot Expert tepee RHH motor and ihave accidentally done factory reset of ecu with PP2000 and now i have P1445 Error plus error on sensor for mearurement of oil and next week i have to go for technical inspection. Can you pls give me a tip what should i change or setup in ecu? I have only PP2000
