I am trying to make virgin an EMS3132 ECU used in lots of Renault cars. I know that the most used way is to flash the eeprom inside using programmer or by OBD after entering Boot mode. Both way have risks and disadvantages.

I read some statements from users on different similar forums that it can be made directly from the BTP section in DDT2000.

So the question is: how can we modify only the locations from 4000h to 7FFFh using DDT2000?

I have tried this by manually creating a dataset in BTP but I am not allowed to read this memory range - message from DDT2000 was received: "only identification will be read"

Anyone has more knowledge than me?
