Citroen C8 2.2 HDI Transfer Maps checking

Hi guys,

i tried an attempt and transferred maps from new software MY2009 to other car with MY 2008.
Somehow i got car working with transferred maps but car suddenly stops sometimes or stalls a bit when warm at stoplamps.

I attach Oris and Mods, can someone help me to fix last bits and tell me if my transfer attempt was successful?
