I'm having trouble finding the original file for a Delphi (Delco) E67 ECU on a 2008 Cadillac DTS V8

Here's the original file info:

HW Version: 12617449
SW Version: 12618139
System: 12601202

Can anyone help me getting the ORI? Car is already tunned, but runs poorly, a lot of fuel excess...

Attached goes the file currently in the car and also a slave file of the ORI, that was tunned with CMD.
