i don't want to compare ME7 ECUs to Marelli 8GMK, but i have two maps

Upstream throttle pressure limiter (ldrxn)
Upstream static pressure target (KFMIRL)

And i get small overboost, drop Dow for a little and start rise again. It is apear on whole rpm range over max boost point(over 2500rpm). What should I do to reduce this thing. Which map should be higher? Static target or limiter. I know, when both of this map cross each other i get throttle closing.
Maybe i need to touch Boost PID I part or wastegate duty cycle map?
