I just did my first read in my car with Kess v2

Put the file in winOLS but the first lines are FF
Is this normal or do I have a problem here ?

First you need to add a post in "Introduce Yourself", you missed that...
Second, you read in non-boot mode so seeing "FF" is normal, for a full read you need K-Tag set to boot mode.
