BMW e90 PRE-LCI 318d 90kW M47, EDC16C35, my first tune

Hello,

here is my first tune. It is my brother's BMW e90 Pre-LCI 318d with M47 engine, 90kW. We used ECM Titanium 1.61 which can be found over internet. We were watching similar tune that a russian guy put on the youtube for his 320d 120kW. However, our friend gave us advice to not touch injection maps, so we did as he told to us. We followed his advices and we changed maps like this:

Fuel during acceleration
20% 1500/50 (how much percent up, from which RPM, from which throtle position)

Rail pressure
5% 2000/56

Turbo preasure
18% 2000/50

Turbo preasure F(temp)
19% 1750/38, we also changed 2 maps that ECM driver did not recognized.

Torque limiter
25% 1000/4750

Torque limiter #2
25% 1000/4750

Preasure limiter #1
20% 1506/8 - 4600/100 (range between end values are changed)

Preasure limiter #2
20% 1500/10 - 5018/100 (range between end values are changed)

Rail preasure limiter
5% 500/13 - 4500/100 (range between end values are changed)

ECM sees this map as a map for EDC16C31 only. Driver number is B880_883.

So, we did not put too high values for the first time, and we know from tutorials that this is not perfect tune. This tune could be called "bad tune" if we check the book "So you want to get into mapping cars.pdf" but it was did to try Galletto and to get familiar with tuning software.

Everything looked perfect. Car is definatelly faster. But after a driving we left it to cool down a little bit and it shut down itself after a minute in neutral (manual transmission). We turned it again and it shut down immediatelly. After cca. 10-20sec we turned it on again and it did not shut down. Problem did not show anymore, but the car was not drived fast either because today it was only driven from house to job location in town.

What could be a problem, rail preassure or some limiters?

Thanks!

hmm tuning is not good
First when you start learn tuning dont start make % changes with no understanding how engine or sample car work
trq limiters wrong
DW not good
rail not good
boost not good
max boost not fixd
lambda
Fuel limiters

Best Regards
