BMW E60 DPF & EGR OFF

Hi, Can anyone check if this solution is good for egr and dpf off? Also, the ECU should be edc16cp35 but WinOLS says it's edc16c31. If the solution it's not good, can anyone help me with a working solution? I attach ori flash and dpf&egr off mod. Thanks in advance!
