So, today i ride my Mod-4. Good, feel up near 2500rpm. No visible smoke in the mirror :)
Try to measure acceleration 0-100 km/h (2 times with phone). Win near 1 second :)

Now i remap again... Changing IQ (to 64mg), boost, SOI... I think i'll test it tomorrow.

What you think?

I tested my Mod 4 and Mod 5 yesterday.... and i tested acceleration with android app for comparison.

So, my mod-5 is worse than mod-4.

Now i make some changes in mod-4 (Mod-6), but not tested it yet...

Maps looks almost the same, mod5 must be stronger with 1 mg :)
IS in your head this difference, and is because the VP44 takes 1-2 days for full adaptation after a file writing.

Yes, Mod-6 has a minor changes from Mod-4.

Now, i'll be ride on Mod-6. On 200 may i will be run for 200-300km, and test it after that. :)

What do you mean about map "Fueling Map" 10x10 in your project? Is it VP44 duty or what? Its content IQ by IQ/RPM, but high counts sometimes.... Or it % of valve in pump? What is phisically?

Nah no, you can't control VP44 valve, there is a mini ecu inside of VP44.
10x10 is some kind of short time enrichement map like on petrol cars, just richer mixture for a second to reduce pedal lag.
Maybe you know from ebay those pedal booster shits, effect is something like that, pedal more sensitive, but high-end power is the same.

Oh! It's intresting! I have some modifications for my ECU from E-Bay. It contains changes in this map.
But i have not time now for testing it... :(

I didnt feel any difference with or with that map modified, maybe pedal a little bit more sensitive.
VP44 has own electronic :) IS not only mechanical pump, thats why we cant control more the fueling.
As i read VP44 Bosch manual, maximum limit is 80 mm3 well convert it to mg and you`ll have around 70 mg i think. ( 0.84 diesel density)

So... i'm ride OK... But - i think, i need more power on high rpm on high speed. I want more acceleration on highways from 110 km/h

Thats it, limit of vp44 pump :) after 3500 rpm cant inject more and i think that even 65 is impossible

So, may be we can play with SOI ?

And i saw tuned VP44 for Dodge... Mainly in USA and Canada. But it's for 6-cylinders... I think it's with changed plungers.
