Hello all, I never do tuning, only what i know is read and write ecu. I use pcm flash for it. More tuners over internet and some in my city (my friends) make stage 1 for me. But with some tune i not feel any power, some make black exhaust pipes (I have dpf on car and with original map and only egr off I have clean exhaust).
Other stage1 have brutal power but have black exhaust. I try to finding how to tune it but its dificult for me. Im civil engineer but I love to learn about tuning.
I started using chatgpt plus to inform me and guide me in chipping and comparing maps. But I couldn't figure it out either, I tried to find a way in winols to search for me from address to address, for example for the driver wish map (16x16) but I didn't succeed. I gave up on that. I would like if someone had the time to compare these maps that I have with my original one and tell me whether one is safe to drive or not.
Another user from fb sent me a file comparison and said that the graphs don't follow the factory values ​​at all, but have a jump and a straight line, which is not good and that is why the car smokes (i.e. black exhaust).
I will post a few maps so I would be very grateful for your help in choosing the right one or if it is not difficult for someone to modify/make a new one that is safe to drive with the egr turned off.

egr off - all smoke going straight to your dpf and if you not racing constantly u choking and plus if regeneration will run over and over again its eating fuel and wont be happy how car runs until you gut out dpf....,,then satisfaction you seek will come instantly when u start the car and press accped....dont worry about emmiosn control after dpf off. if its done properly u will pass...and if not u can have special tune for emission controls made for passing without issues...problem 90percent solved at this moment if u do that..rest is final calibration of tunes. OR you can Forever and ever keep trying and wont be happy. thats it..

In my opinion, 740D (Stage 1 EGR Off) - 514075_SPL_V2_700Nm_350HP_CHKok is best tune, but still will cause smoking..

FIRST - Wheres the gearbox read!? Im little shocked :-) First thing you can see you met serious tuner taking time it needs to do good tun when he tells you BOTH needs to be done.. sure, your car drives... but I would beg we can do ECU stock and ill do fine S2 TCU TUN and you think its nearly the same ;-)...

- StavileciTuning(BMW F01 740XD TUNED EGR VMAX OFF SW#1037514075).bin = should smoke juuuuuuust a little bit more, right!? :-P

charger can do more without problems, not good edited - especially whole area... maybe he has an excluive explanation for that :-P... duration little too much, areas "where" done, crap... lot more little mess but my favorites :-) 1000NM in area around IDLE RPM - helps exactly zero to get away from standing little faster but maybe someone thought the BMW will fly at the next traffic light ;-) aaaand why did he put the torque monitoring function, at least the NM parameters, less than the NM the car should do :-D and there are no extended maps or whatever...

anyway, keep that away if you dont want a full DPF after 2-3000km

- 740D (Stage 1 EGR Off) - 514075_SPL_V2_700Nm_350HP_CHKok... yoooo... higher limp mode torque limition directly to 1000NM - he is the visionary in this round :-P

next - all torque lim. maps from 1000RPM to 680NM... dont get me wrong but im sure you did 1-2 TCUs sometime!? its useless without Gearbox Mapping - best case good one!...

be happy not do drive in germany with your car - the "stand" limiter is highered - so you have approx 2-3 weeks until Polizei or TÜV want to have dinner with you - not good, especially when doing "HU", its exhaust gas inspection with testing max rpm

fuel correction maps nearly perfect but why are all you great tuners too lazy adapting the last row in map - ah - i know... the next ones are already waiting for their maps because not many guys do it cheaper, logical thing

start of injection maps? come on... for a STOCK diesel car that - i hope so :-D - dont want to drive smokey like the good old hogwarts express through london... carefully said: little too much :-P :-*

torque monitoring is ok, best of the 3, in sum no question is this the best of the 3 files but in my oppinion the customer should always comes back with next car because je was happy and not before because of 1-2 injectors going straight to the atmosphere!

boost fine, just 1-2 maps missed i think while flying over it..

sooooo - when someone opens his mouth like that, he should be able to do it just a little better, right? :-D im sweating... getting nervous... help!

anyway... gimme 5min, i adapt the 3rd one a little bit and youll see, maps will look weaker here and there but the combination from all little changes will make a good soup i hope ;-)

just let me know which one runs best and please do whats possible to send TCU here, normally i NEVER do any ECU tuns, if TCU is possible to remap

Not perfect because each somehow good tuner cooks his juice little bit different but made with "passion" and put some love into... im pretty sure all 3 guys could have done it much better but everbodys just hurrying up beside of the one, was nearly really good :-(

Should at least run like the last "best" one but much less smoke, chargers are either fine. All written inside filename is done
