BMW 118d EDC16C35 - remove standstill 3900rpm limiter

Hello, I have a hardcut at 4600 rpm in a BMW 118d EDC16C35, but I can't find how to remove the standstill limiter, so the engine can't rev up to 4600 rpm when stationary. Car have manual transmission. Anyone can help to remove rev limiter?
