Im new to this and need to learn me to optimize my AUDI cars (safe and easy) from them hwo canthis things proberly

ELM 327 BT is for diagnistics only and to obtain log files.
What you can diagnose depends on software you are running on. All of them have in common - engine check light to remove and to find DTC. For Pc you can use ScanMaster, on android I stronly recommend Torque Pro and AlfaOBD. It can run on iphone, but iphone needs to be jailbroken in order to use its bluetooth with elm327.

And if you are looking for Phone OBD application which is running on Nokia Symbian then I could recommend SW OBDScope.

For audi use VCDS instead of elm327

Not working with renault to 2002 year. Shows the errors of the sensors which did not have. Sorry for my bad english :/

You need DDT2000 or Can Clip for Renaults up to 2001 (petrol) or 2004 (diesel).

No other options.

ELM327 is good for EOBD compatible cars. And for Fords - with a little rewiring job to connect to the middle speed CAN bus and using special software.

For VAG cars, I strongly recommend VAG-COM/VCDS.
