BIN to SGO converter

Postby bestian » Sun Apr 30, 2017 1:27 am

Hello,

does anybody know, how to convert tuned, binary file back to .SGO so that original ODIS with VAS5054 can program it into my car?

I do not have the programming cable for EDC16 yet and I need to switch off DPF, because after ECU update with ODIS, my DPF-OFF mod was rewritten with original Audi file...

But I managed to extract SGO file into 2 .bin files - one 2MB and one 512k bin, edited them to have DPF off again and now, I need to put them back together and flash it with ODIS to my car (because I have access to original ODIS and VAS cable)

Anybody can help me?

odis loads only .SGO file and complete file...

and because SGO extractor split the original file into 2, there is no chance i want to even try to load that half-file to my car with odis...

I have odis service v.4 and engineering v.6

Hello everyone, good evening! I ask for a minute of your time to help if possible, I'm from Brazil, as you know the technological resources here are scarce, with that I'm going to tell you about my project, I installed the DSG DQ250 gearbox in my Golf GTI MK3 1994, I used the Fueltech FT550 module to manage everything, but the gearbox I bought is from the Golf GTI MK7 2019 with MQB platform and the Fueltech module is not compatible with this MQB platform, so I took a mechatronics from the VW Jetta year 2010 that uses DQ250 and is not an MQB platform, and I put it in the 2019 gearbox but it didn't work so I cloned the Jetta mechatronics to the Golf mechatronics and it didn't work either, after a lot of study the reason it didn't work is because the gear ratios are incompatible between the gearboxes, so I needed to edit the file extracted from the Golf mechatronics so that I could get the relationship information and insert it into the Jetta mechatronics file, so I believe it will work, does anyone have any information on how to do this? Please thank you very much!
