I wonder if anyone can help me with this one..

I've got a customer with an Audi A4 B8 - edc17 CP44 Infineon 1797, I've been unable to communicate with it, used pin cable with soldered boot connection and also bdm frame with probes but still no joy.

It's Alientech K-Tag I use and went as per their instructions for the boot connection, however after a bit of digging round the net I've found that 3x 1K ohm resistors are required at separate points on the ecu.

Does anyone else have any info on this to help me before I try the resistors option?
