Audi A4 b6 AVB mtm moded file?

Hello I got this two files told it to be a good tune so I need someone who know the job to tell me is that true or not because I don't want to learn from bad sources.

file is not done by MTM :) and it posible make much bether

This file is done by some company from Germany www cswi de this i find inside file

Thank you for your reply what should be improved it this file because I was planing on using this file as reference to tune my AJM audi b5
