Audi A3 ASZ

Hello!
Please rate my tune. Car is Audi A3 2002y. with 1,9 TDI PD 96 kw engine, 6 gear manual transmission.
The car has a MAF off and an EGR off. Boost pressure is 1.45bar. Car have popcorn limiter on 4500rmp. Тhere is little smoke on the move, on popcorn limiter smoke a lot.
Please comment on whether the file is safe.
My goal is 170 horsepower.

Hello again, I make some changes. Now car run very well, but it`s bit laggy. I need help for smoke by map. On low rpm under 1900 car haven`t power, after 2000 run very well.
