Audi A3 170 Siemens PPD1.2, Is this 100% original?

Postby davsmith64 » Sat Sep 21, 2013 11:37 am

Here I have attached a BDM read of my Audi A3, It has been playing up and Audi dealer wont touch it because they say it has been remapped? But i'm fairly sure this is Original. Heres my CMD/BDM DUMP.

Is the DTC table all intact still? Because i'm fighting with Audi, My injectors have failed and Audi say they can't find any fault codes because the car is remapped!!!

injectors do not throw a fault code up depending on how they have failed, injectors can easily be checked with a multimeter! audi dealer should know this. I know this as I work in one.

Even if it is original software in ecu, this wont clear the td1 remapped code in the cars history data on elsa.
Probably been remapped at some time in its life and then put back to standard. Ask them if they have carried out a "check svm" test plan, this can sometimes clear the td1 code on history data but its not instant and can take time to update. if that doesnt work then only way to clear the td1 code is to replace the ecu for new.
