Audi A3 1.9 PD TDI 131 ( Ori + Remap - files )

Hello,

I have here a remap I had made yesterday. What I wanted to achieve is a linear acceleration with a little more stronger feeling under 3000 and power from 2200 so I mapped the ecu from 2000 until 3400, I mainly focused on the torque not quite the power. The remap was made with Vagsuite cuz I-m not that good in Winols yet.

A feedback would be great and it would help me in the future,

I got a reply from my friend and he told me that the car keeps the power better but it smokes after 3000. I-l check the air after 3K and upload a new version

its really bad...

you need to change more!!
soi are very bad... hardly any change...

hey mate.

it is veeery light mod (i think you get 5-7 hp) but for me it is not bad mod. for power which you can get on this mod you dont need touch lot maps for example boost map, boost limiter and so many soi maps. i think you dont need touch soi map touch at all to this mod. what was the reason you changed boost correction by temp map ? have you been doing logs ? because your n75 map is changed ? you can get much more power from this engine ;)

Maki4Evers . That's a good question I thinks I was thinking to raise a bit the limiters but now I realize that the map already shows at 2500 mbar allows 2600 which in my opinion I made a mistake there. :crazy:

Yes I know that I can map it until 170 hp and 480 NM but It is my first remap, and it's on a friends car so I did not want to broke or over boost or over fuel the engine. :angel:

My target with this remap was to make the car keep it's power a little more closer to 4000 in this case the care keeps it's power and torque until 3500 not 3000 like in the begging. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

You can see here I will upload a picture of the Virtual Dyno of the modified version and the original. :thumbup:

PS: While doing the remap I was more focused on gaining torque instead of horsepower.

Building on the actual map, I had made a example here of a more powerful remap that could bring a good satisfaction while driving.

But I have a little bit of problem here, I can not change the smoke map on that line UP to 1156. And by that I can not let the engine know that at 1156 he should allow 69-70 mg of fuel .

Do you know how could I solve that in VagSuite ?? I have just Demo Winols, so with Winols no chance. :crazy:

Also on the Right you can see the Graphic example of the virtual Dyno, this one is also build on torque but in this case it continues with more Hp.

Thanks for the reply, also from both of you let me think what do you think about this remap, rember it is not ready yet not all the maps were touched and steel need to do some calculations ( I am remaping without Microsoft Excel ).

You can "edit X-axis" in EDC Suite, I have mine changed to 1150 and using 70 mg/stroke as maximum + adjusted duration maps (PD130 engine AVF type). Just right click up there and a window will open.
Be careful with your clutch, mine died after 4 months (when going from 65 to 70 mg/stroke and started torque increase too early). Have installed an uprated dual-mass clutch now.
