If EGR is connected then it will do nothing other than stay closed,
that value will do nothing to the EGR as it's already off, just use my file

Now I have to remove the vacuum tube from the EGR valve and close the vacuum tube with a screw. if I put the vacuum tube on the EGR valve, I hear a whistle or noise in the RPM range of 2000-2300, which comes from the EGR valve. I assume that the ECU raises the EGR valve stem and makes the air swirl
That's why I think it's necessary to tell the ECU that EGR is disabled and that it stops controlling it.
just changing the EGR control card alone (I did this at the beginning) is not enough to completely turn off the EGR valve in the ECU

Just unplug the EGR wires, no more is needed.
