Audi 1.8T BFB, Is this file modified? How good?

Hi, I just bought an Audi B6 1.8T BFB 163HP.
I've read the software that is currently in the car and it seems to me that is already modified (compared to the stock file found on the internet).
Can someone take a look at it and tell me if it's safe to use it or if it would be better to use a stock one?
Also, is it ok to directly flash the original file found on the internet or there would be problems with the immo or something?

I've previeously modified a few files for TDI engines so I'm new in the world of the 1.8T engine.
Attached are the original file (from the internet) and the file that I found on my car.

The files are different. One is 8E0909518AL 0005 and the other 8E0909518AL 0003

Oh, I didn't noticed that. So it's just a stock file then?
