Fap is removed in software - filter media is still present - no dtc's but anti pollution light is still on dash ? Should it be off ? Its 081 hardware . Edc15c2 307 2003

i have the same ECU in my citroen C5 and i dont mean to hijack the thread but how did you remove the FAP?

did you clear fault codes before doing dpf removal? Did you do it with ECUSafe? also im pretty sure u need to disable the additive function in peugeot planet too. in the bsi module.

I bought a file with it already removed..

I didn't read them as it was a friends car so he did it with MPPS but 2nd write failed so I did it here in boot mode on the bench.. , its OK now, the light comes on initially then goes out..

you must disable DPF/FAP in BSI and additive fuel in INJECTION (edc15c2) with lexia (you must have psa evolution interface).

and then clear fault.

If still present, your fap removal file is not OK

OK but seems all good now !

If i need to do what u suggest - can i do this with diagbox?

Yes, diagbox is the software for psa xs evolution, or you can use the old version lexia.
