But becouse you have smoke before remap, look for your air inlet and turbo pipes. I never have smoke, and i have more IQ than you. Do you still have both cat on or you remove cat's? and in last diag picture what is AFM? is it actual intake air quantity?

Smoke is only with higher RPMs and WOT...but it is not dark so it is hard to see at day...only at night when someone is behind me. I should take picture or video for it. Well...i know that there was some smoke when going from low rpms with wot (in stock map), starting uphill from standing...so this I think is OK. Cannot for sure tell if I see smoke with WOT and higher RPMs with stock map...didnt go for that, that time :(
But, I never have any kind of soot at rear bumber above exhaust pipe (before and now with remap)...so I think that pipes are OK.
Maybe SOI or CRP can be tuned more...or decrease values in smoke limiter

AFM in last diag picture is measured.
Here is new log from today....5th gear...

And I didn't notice smoke at rear mirror...maybe very little...but it was allready day

Now I'm at home and I have analyzed this data;

First of all, it seems that EOI is too late from what I was calculated. SOI in data for IQ of 74mm^3 is actually from last column of SOI map without pilot (IQ up to 55)...so it seems that ECU uses that values for IQ higher than 55...not doing extrapolation. So, here in this column I have to put correct values for higher IQ (75)?

Second, it seems that airflow is in constant drop from 2000 RPM, but boost holds over 2400 mbar all the time. What could be cause of that?

Hmm...in my opinion (what I've learned so far), both remaps are bad and looks like you don't know what are you doing. Missed all limiters, increased duration without changing axes, increased turbo but decreased n75, too much torque under 1500 rpm...AFR below 17:1...so it will smoke...changing railP in weird way...
Do you have stock car or have some modification on it (different injectors, turbo??)

I know that my remap is maybe far from perfect, but trying to do some logic stuff and calculations. Something you cannot calculate, just try and log...than change again and log...or tune it on dyno (if you are lucky to afford it).
Currently, I have a few things left in my remap to do...but I think that are just fine tuning stuff; other things looks OK in driving and car does not complain on anything (eg. no errors :) )

I agree with you that smoking is very poorly done, but the car went very well with very good dynamics of 1300-1800rpm and many power after 1800.
best thing was that there were a lot of smoke and higher expenditure 8-10. / 100km.
last examined your file quite low at low rpm, why. How to keep your car in low rpm. the logic to slow down in N75 and turbo pressure in the card.
last question how you understand what is the best EOI.

sike, yes i see your airflow drop. do a test for maf, all off that in your last picture and air quantity volts. maf volt's must be from around 2.5v for 550mg/i to around 4.6v. for 1100mg/i, than will see if this is maf problem or you have restricted air intake.

panasonic...why did you change duration map for stock IQ values? In this way you inject more IQ than ECU think it does so all other ECU calculations are wrong. You raised boost and railP...but not limiters, so there is no much benefit for doing that. In torque limiter you request more than 65mm^3 for >3500 rpms while limiter is still 60...

What engine is this, because original values are very different from mine (much lower IQ in TL)...is this JTD 105HP?

Good hint

And what about SOI map withot pilot that has columns only up to 55mm^3? Last column is used for all IQs higher than 55? No extrapolation in ECU?

yes you must adjust soi in that map. Rise railp for 60mm3 and higher, so you will have same soi for 55, 65, 75, but diferent railP for that IQ, and you will reduce duration.

or change value of 55mm3 to 65mm3 and do linear interpolation for new value. you have different solution for that problem ;)

Hmm...yes I was already thinking of that, but I have railP map with values only up to 55mm3.
railP.JPG

Am I looking at wrong axe data for IQ?

Or maybe I can combine rpc limiter map (put limit for <50mm3) with railP map to achieve this?
rpc_limit.JPG

Or I'm totally missed x and y axe data location for this two maps?
I'm not so sure about that because x and y axes are not near maps and I think that axes are shared with other maps...so altering data in axes to allow 75mm3 I think it is not option?

But this cannot be done at SOI map "without pilot" because IQ axe is shared with SOI map "with pilot" that goes up to 75mm3 !?
Only if I modify both maps...
