Alfa 156 1999

Postby mick2 » Tue Dec 11, 2012 1:47 pm

hi guys , I have a customer with a corrupt immo box Bosch ( 93c56 chip ). the dump is in tatters.
I'm trying to find a set of matching files to re-write the immo box and the linked hand shake to the ECU.

Can anyone help with this? I have the ECU and Immo unit & existing key.
The car is the Alfa Romeo 156, 1999, 2.5 litre V6, 24 valve

I managed to get some files to re-write both the 93c56 in the immo box and the eeprom file in the motorola HC711.
There was a third file for the intel 28 leg Flash chip but I didn't think it was required.....

The car was started serveral times fine with the immo light out ( key recognized ) but now the engine cuts out after it starts...?
Immo light is still off.

How long digit run for each time before stopping?

I'd guess that the keys need to be reassociated with the car however my experience is all on German brands - not Alfas.

I did not need to do the 28 leg Flash chip , the problem I had ws my solder joins. I re-worked and fixed it.
Thank you.
