A3 1.9TDi ASZ 130cv -> 157cv

this is my 2nd remap...
please be gentil :clap:

I keep de driver wish and SVBL original, for this remap so smooth (+27cv) i think is not necessary...
please for the experts: take a look and give opinions.

i think is possible keeping in side of safety put more 10cv in the motor, but i want make first a small step. :D

Smoke limiter needs to be higher than torque limiter

Hey!

Yes, you have to change smoke lim at least 0.5 mgs of iq more than torq limiter to avoid black smoke.
Change also max axis value of target boost.
Close your EGR by setting max value 850 everywhere.

SVBL at 2720 is too much, i would change it to 2600 near.

ok thanks for your reply

so if i understand we can limit the map just in torque, or we can limit in torque or in smoke? there is any problem choosing max driver wish too close to max torque and smoke? i mean if we require 70mg, the max semoke for the rpm is 72 for example and the max torque is 72, so the torque and the smoke are the same, but we only require 70mg, in the other way if we require 74mg, the iq are limited by two maps, but i thinks there is any probleme, im wrong? thanks :angel:

i agree, but the original SVBL are 2620, and the max require limited turbo are 2400, so in new map, i think you are talking in map of 165cv, the max limited turbo are 2568 and to make diference i choose 2780, but i agree with you, but 'm afraid, to choose one value too close to max limited, there is any problem choosing one SVBL too close to max limited, 2620-2568, the diference isnt too small?

there is any problem to put this map in the car?

i think that is my best map, keeping in mind safety and probably no smoke, (corrent ratio is 14:1) more than that will push too much for the turbo, in my opinion is perfect, but i want read someone saying to change some values, because is with that i learn ;)

in the file are the original + remaped to 160cv

1. IQ 69,03 with 1100mg/st = 15,94 = black cloud,
2. too much on low rpm (from 1750 to 2016RPM)
But general is not bad :D
