330d edc16cp35, won't start with corrected cheksum file.

The problem is that I don't have the original file because the car it has modded file already. But when I read it I found that it has wrong checksum and I corrected it. Transfered all known maps to stock and after that modified it but when I write the file, the car starts but with roughly idle and no respond to the throttle. When I write back the first file the car starts and run. At the first I though that I messed up some maps but I revert a lot of maps to match the first file and no success. Can someone check it whats going on?

Do not have to do checksum with winols, let the writing tool to do it.Any cheap tool,as MPPS, FGTech, can do checksum in writing.

Thats what Im thinking about to not checksum the file in Winols and see what will happen when I write it with Kess. Soon I'll have a results.

The problem wasnt in checksum, I tried several times with different flashers with same result. I started to change over the tuned file without transfer maps from stock file and car runs fine. But I face some troubles with some IQ limiter. The car is limited to 77mg till 3800rpms and after that to 80mg and thats it. Can someone check it what I miss because i dont want to cheat DOI. The other problem with this car is that after some driving goes like in limp mode but without MIL and DTCs and after that goes in normal. Anybody face with similar problem?

From what i understand, you got another file which is original, and you then worked on that file and loaded on the car and then you started having problems? Ive had a similar problem with another car, i then just used the file i pulled from the car and used the ori as a reference to reset all the values. seems like some of these ori file making the rounds is not very good, and has some bug or something. Rather always try to stay with the file that came from the car.
