307 2.0 hdi wont connect galletto 1260

hai everyone, hows life?

I have now this problem. My galletto 1260 obd connector ( have 2 of them) they wont connect my ecu. The red light is not turning on. I ve tryed other computers or cable it wont connect my computer en doesnt turn on. It has worked before. What can i do. There is something wrong met my ecu i think. I cant even read info data. nothing works. Can i check something or reset my ecu .

please give me someadvice to start.

what 307 hdi ?
what ecu ?
did you check voltage and GND in the OBD plug ?

My galletto 1260 suddenly stopped working on 307 1.6 hdi too, so i bought MPPS which is working ok so far.
Both are cheap china clones :D

if your ecu is Siemens SID you can only read by bdm on bench,
or with 1/0 Terminal

Hi there I am trying also to fo this could you explain more about connecting through bdm if you don't mind please. Thanks in advance for any help

It might help to mention I have galletto 4 v54 and it came with a set of different wires other than the OBD cable which I figure is for bdm tricore etc,

hi there i read your post and you wanted to know more about flashing your ecu on bench i have FG Tech galletto 2 master Bdm-tricore-Obd with bdm adapters which means i can flash chips with tricore interphase or normal, with obd straight from the car its self or on bench, but not all cars can be flashed with obd, you have to take the ecu out from the car and onto the bench and open it up. I have photos but still need one more post to unlock.

Thanks for the response mate and yes it would be good if you could post up some pics. Is it necessary to have that stand when doing it out of the car or is it ok to do it on a table. I have used it through OBD and successfully removed FAP on my Citroen c5 HDI really want to get my head around the boot mode now as I also have 307 HDI but has the Siemens 801 A ECU. Thanks again for any help
