Does MPPS correct checksums on this car ?

i was thinking the same thing, i edited my file in win ols demo version, changed torque limiter, smoke map, egr map and limp mode map.....i exported file using HxD and then used ecusafe to delete DPF. Firstly, when i check before DPF off and after DPF off in win ols, no difference can be seen, even though ecusafe says 2 items are changed. Anyway, when i come to write the file in mpps, i do checksum and it says 11checkzones 0 corrections, how can this be?

surely the chk has been changed when i edited torque map and the other maps?
i have peugeot 206 2.0 hdi 3 connector ecu, not the 1 connector if that makes any difference
