206 1.6 HDi 110hp

Postby Rocknsock » Mon Mar 30, 2015 1:59 pm

Hello guys,

What do you think about my tune? Car is running with 160hp on bench, it has a 17 turbo from seat leon.

It has DPF fisically removed but not turned off in the map.. Could any1 disable DPF and EGR? I would really apprecciate your help :)

Thank you very much!

DPF is turned off by 1 or 2 bytes in 8-bit hex mode
EGR can be 'left closed' by changing the 2 hysteresis maps

Both have been discussed greatly.

DPF-> Change "02 01 01" to "00 00 00" , address 1e7a6a. Can you tell me if im doing it right?

How about EGR?

Thank you!

I haven't checked the address, but yes, those bytes are what people change.
Some report 00 00 01, others say 02 00 00, so not sure which. This will actually be my next mod once I have done the physical.
The EGR is 2 1x12 maps after the DW, but before the error table. Upto ~3k revs they raise to ~30 IQ then fall again. They need to be zero'd.
Who has done your map? There are no axis changes, the duration has been increased, and a boost limiter has been missed.

The injection durations have been changed to so more fuel goes in the engine, which is the whole idea, but it doesnt re-calculate how the car sees it. The maps go upto about 40 IQ, this needs to be changed to do it properly and the injection duration left alone.
Your requesting boost about 2600, but it will never go over 2400 as a limiter has not been changed

Boost is going to 1.6bar.. it match these 2600 right? so its fine i think

What do I need to do to fix injection durations?
