The modification would be for a stock vehicle, a KP39 turbo with a maximum requested boost pressure of 2300 mbar, and a boost limiter at 2350 mbar, ok N75 maps dont touch.
I'm looking for a Stage 2 without excessive smoke. According to my calculations, the minimum AFR with my modification should be 16.6
The IQ, TL, and Smoke limiters are all based on 65 mg, so I should inject 65 mg.
Driver wish: the maximum requested IQ is 65 mg, not 70 mg.
I request 65 mg, and then it decreases. Is this incorrect?
I'm requesting and searching for 65 mg because, extrapolating the "Duration" column, I get a maximum value of 39 degrees, and 39 degrees with an SOI of -28.50 maintains an EOI of 10/11.
The SOI limiter table is 28, i modify to 28.50
You tell me to only add 0 to 1 degree in the duration table but if I keep the original injection and only increase the "Duration" column by 1 degree, I wouldn't get the 65 mg. I'm looking for. According to the "Duration" table, 2 degrees are required for every 5 mg of fuel injected. Therefore, 39 degrees for 65 mg at 4000 rpm should theoretically work fine.
According to my SOI table, I understand that I'll use the Duration 0, 1, 2 maps, which correspond to -15, -22, and -27 degrees SOI.
Is my thinking incorrect? I don't have a vehicle to test it on; I did it based on the theory I learned.
Thanks for the help
