1.9 tdi avf 4 motion 2003 passat

Hello,

I manage to copy the soft of my passat. (with cluster's fuses off)
I think it's not original, it's been modified before i got it.
Is it safe?
I have a very high fuel consumption. 13l/100km.
The car is going well but economy is killing me. stock AR injectors.

well, i'm surprised and confused.
someone says it's been modified so that's why is going so well and high fuel consumption.
